Our agency, in the heart of Florence
For over 40 years, we have been a benchmark in the sale and rental of exclusive properties.
We don't just take you on as a client. We take care of you
To us, a property is a story made first and foremost of people. We support you with care, dedication, and discretion. Before, during, and after the sale.
Confidentiality
We value privacy and exclusivity. That is why we treat every property and every client with discretion.
Reliability
We offer over a decade of experience and knowledge of the Florentine real estate market.
Two generations of experience in the Florentine real estate market
Founded in 1980 by Rosy Buffardi, the firm is now led by her daughter, Patrizia.
Over the past forty years, we have guided the real estate decisions of entire Florentine families: today, the children and grandchildren of our first clients entrust their homes to us.
The Buffardi story began in Borgo Ognissanti, where the tradition of artisan workshops has always been alive.
We maintain that tradition's focus on the individual client: every service is tailored to those who choose us.
